Shipping policy
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.
Domestic orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 72 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. The goal is to get you your order as quickly, affordably and safely as possible!
Orders may experience slight shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods. We cannot account for shipping delays due to carrier holiday hours, weather conditions, and/or uncontrollable circumstances that may occur with the shipping providers.
*Please note that if an item is marked PRE-ORDER you will receive an email with tracking when the item leaves our warehouse. PRE-ORDERS ship in the order that we receive them. We do our best to keep the “pre-order” product pages updated with the latest estimated ship dates.
